We always do our best to ensure to provide you with the finest clothes which match your necessity. But in any case, if the items you receive are damaged, faulty or do not comply with the items you ordered we are happy to exchange or make a full refund for you.
We request you to email us at info@mcwolcott.com stating your complaint with a copy of your invoice. Kindly ensure the goods are un-used and sent back in original packaging within 7 days of the receipt with a copy of your invoice and delivery address.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we’ll then work on the refund or sending you a replacement for the item with which you were not satisfied.

- Male model is 5’11 / 70kg
- Model is wearing: Size Medium / Oversize fit
- True to the standard size (Meaning, if you usually wear a size Medium, we recommend you go for the same size, we have Made it oversize)
- Do not Size up from your standard size. (Example- Standard Tee shirts, if you wear Large, Pick the Same size Large here)
- If you prefer Regular fit, you can size down from your standard size.
