But in any case, if the items you receive are damaged, faulty or do not comply with the items you ordered we are happy to exchange or make a full refund for you.

We request you to email us at info@mcwolcott.com stating your complaint with a copy of your invoice. Kindly ensure the goods are un-used and sent back in original packaging within 7 days of the receipt with a copy of your invoice and delivery address.

Upon receipt of returned goods, we’ll then work on the refund or sending you a replacement for the item with which you were not satisfied.

Our business policy is to dispatch the ordered items within 1-2 business days. All the packages are shipped via courier.

The freight charges and delivery charges may be subject to change without prior notice.

Our curriers offer contactless delivery. Please let us know during the checkout if you prefer contactless delivery.

All our deliveries are tracked and require a signature on delivery and if no one is available to receive the parcel, an instruction card will be left in the post-box advising how to arrange a redelivery.
