We request you to email us at info@mcwolcott.com stating your complaint with a copy of your invoice. Kindly ensure the goods are un-used and sent back in original packaging within 7 days of the receipt with a copy of your invoice and delivery address.

Upon receipt of returned goods, we’ll then work on the refund or sending you a replacement for the item which you were not satisfied.
